Event Policies
To ensure a safe and fair experience for all our attendees, tickets will only be accepted if purchased directly through our official Chestertons Polo in the Park website through the Universe terminal or through a legitimate ticketing partner such as INVADES
We do not authorise or support the resale of tickets through any third-party platforms, individuals, or vendors. Tickets obtained from any source other than our website may be invalid, counterfeit, or cancelled without notice.
Entry will not be granted to guests presenting tickets that cannot be verified through our official system.
Please also note - Ts & Cs: All bags will be checked at point of entry; If 15 minutes of polo, or more, is played on an event day then refunds will not be available for that day; Tickets required for entry and re-entry (if leaving the site, please advise security so they can give you a “reentry” wristband, this and your ticket will be required for re-entry); Only bottled water in plastic bottles is permitted to be brought onsite. No other drink (alcoholic or otherwise) or any food can be brought onto the event site; Children 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult to gain admittance to the event; No Entry within 1.5 hours of the event finishing; Please note there is no parking available.
